This refund policy applies to program classes:
- In the event that the YMCA cancels a class/program, a full refund will be issued to the program participant, mailed to their home address
- Deposits and registration fees are not refundable.
- A program participant may withdraw from a class prior to the first class. He/She will be issued a program credit or refund minus a $5 processing fee and other costs associated with program start-up (player uniform, individualized equipment, etc. that was purchased by the YMCA in advance for your participation).
- Those participants wishing to withdraw from the class after one class has been held will not be issued a program credit or refund.
- A program participant may withdraw from a class anytime after it has begun. He/She will not be allowed to claim a program credit or refund for the pro-rated remaining balance. A processing fee may or may not apply (please check with your local branch).
