Women’s Weight Training
Come join our women’s only lifting program to start building your happiest and strongest YOU! This program is meant to improve your strength, muscle size and conditioning simultaneously. Each week we will build upon the strength and skills you learned from the previous week. You will learn proper form and technique when lifting free weights and bars, as well as learning to lift ‘heavy’ in such movements as deadlifts, squats, lunges and various strength moves.
TRX Suspension Training is a total-body fitness program that uses gravity against your own body weight. TRX Training develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability. It’s all core, all the time! Moves can be modified to suit any fitness level.
Weight Loss Program
The purpose of the weight loss program is to support your efforts to follow a healthy weight-loss diet and exercise program, and to establish patterns that you can continue long after the class is over. Good attendance helps you stay on track toward meeting your weight-loss goal.
Teens ‘N’ Training
Completing this one-on-one course allows kids 9 & up to enter the Wellness Center accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. This is a great class that will introduce your children to more fitness! Ask the Member Services Desk for more details, we know your teen will love this type of group training.
This class is an amazing workout for kids. It follows a similar format as adult fitness classes, but make it kids friendly and safe. We focus on rhythm, intervals, building power, plyometrics, endurance, stretching and nutrition. This is a fun, safe and energized class.
