We also offer Small Group Personal Training for those interested in group training sessions.
Offering you a chance to interface with a personal trainer at a very affordable price, our small group training differs from our regularly-scheduled classes in that the purpose of the training is specific to the goals of the class participants. Training sessions are limited to 4-10 people, so sign up early to reserve your spot. And remember to invite your friends to join you!
