Do you have a goal of completing a triathlon? Need some help with training?
The YMCA’s triathlon training program is designed to give you the resources you need to train and participate in a super sprint distance triathlon. In this beginner friendly environment, you will build relationships and become part of a group with the same goals.
Work with a swim and triathlon coach in the disciplines of swimming, cycling, and running to prepare for an outdoor triathlon this fall. During the course of this training program, participants will learn proper technique and biomechanics for the three sports, multi-sport endurance specific weight training, and nutrition & hydration strategies while benefiting from sound program design to maximize aerobic performance in each sport.
