BODYSTEP™

This Les Mills program is the ultimate way to give your body a high-energy cardio blast that tones the hips and thighs by utilizing a height-adjustable step. With over 2,000 steps occurring during each one-hour session, you’ll see results in record time.

BODYSTEP™ Express

This 30-minute express class of Les Mills’ BODYSTEP™ program is for those looking for a high-intensity kick during the middle of the week.

BODYVIVE™

This Les Mills program allows you to get in shape at your own pace with a low-impact, group fitness workout that leaves you fizzing with energy. Using VIVE balls and VIVE tubes, you choose the intensity that works for you over your one-hour session.

RPM™

This Les Mills program incorporates cycling, choreography and motivational coaching techniques to give you a completely safe aerobic adrenaline experience. It’s the ultimate indoor ride! Get in the zone for your 50-minute session and find out why this class is completely addictive. Of note, no entry is allowed once class has begun.

RPM Express™

This 35-minute express class of Les Mills’ RPM™ program provides participants with a high-intensity indoor cycling challenge. With less warm up and recovery time, you will experience five working tracks and a cool down in just over half an hour. Please bring a water bottle and towel with you to class and no entry is allowed once class has started.
