Community-based group exercise classes are designed to encourage class relationships, while building a better definition of health into your life.
The Y offers several FREE Group Exercise Classes (for members and day-use facility participants) each week to help you maximize your workout and achieve your fitness goals through the strength of a group. We also offer several Small Group Fitness Classes for an additional fee. All our group exercise classes are ongoing, so you can start at any time!
