This is a great way to stay fit all while having fun. Adult leagues (16+) are geared towards connecting our community members together through sport. All adult sports programs are centered around the four YMCA core values of honesty, caring, respect, and responsibility. Whether you are a seasoned athlete, fitness rookie, or just looking to explore a new hobby, we have something for you!
Playing volleyball helps build agility, coordination, speed and balance, and improves hand-eye coordination. Volleyball requires that teammates work cooperatively and at a fast pace, which can help improve interpersonal skills as well. Playing volleyball may also enhance your energy level and improve overall performance in other sports and workouts. Whether you are a seasoned athlete or just looking to explore a new hobby, YMCA Volleyball a great way to stay active, have fun, and meet new people. Four leagues during the year with League play on Monday nights. Open play on Friday nights 8-10 and Sunday 12pm-3pm.
