Adult leagues (16+) are geared towards connecting our community members together through sport. All adult sports programs are centered around the four YMCA core values of honesty, caring, respect, and responsibility. Playing volleyball helps build agility, coordination, speed and balance, and improves hand-eye coordination. Volleyball requires that teammates work cooperatively and at a fast pace, which can help improve interpersonal skills as well. Playing volleyball may also enhance your energy level and improve overall performance in other sports and workouts. Whether you are a seasoned athlete or just looking to explore a new hobby, YMCA Volleyball a great way to stay active, have fun, and meet new people. Four leagues during the year with League play on Monday nights.
Basketball Open Gym
Shooting hoops can be another wonderful adult sport. Basketball offers an opportunity for exercise, team-building skills, and time to spend with those you love. Bring the whole family to our open gym sessions and enjoy an afternoon of activity that can entertain the kids and yourself.
