Need to make your last minute Christmas or Holiday Craft? Stop in from 10am-12pm to have a crafting goof time! Grandparents will love the personal handprint art you make with your child.
Halloween at the Y will be a fun-filled event! There will be trick-or-treating, games, bounce houses, karaoke, slime craft, cupcake decorating, giveaways and more for the whole family!

Included with registration: 5 Miler & 5K (chip-timed) event, commemorative long sleeve-shirt, race day refreshments, free race photos, rock climbing wall for the kiddos and great memories. Kids Shirt will be short sleeve. All participants receive a finisher medal.

Dr. Allen’s experience includes creating 11 successful organizations, and more than two decades coaching emerging and successful leaders to make better decisions in businesses, nonprofits, classrooms, and at home. He delivers straightforward, actionable principles that overcome doubts and lead to successful outcomes. Best of all, you won’t be bored! Participants will leave with the tools to create a mindset for success.
Dr. Jack Allen is the Founder of Dynamic Coaching in Austin, and the author of Mindset for Success: Shut Up Your Inner Critic and Get the Life You Want . He focuses on developing the mindset and soft skills that lead to success in all
areas of life. Not just financial success, but relationships, health, career, even spirituality. He has built 11 successful organizations, and coached over 750 clients.
Jack is Adjunct Professor of Business Ethics at Concordia University Texas, and trains examiners for the Ethics in Business and Community Award. His Ph.D. is in ethics and psychology with emphases in cultural reconciliation and economics.
