As the largest youth and family service organization in Williamson County, the YMCA of Greater Williamson County serves over 445,000 program participants each year. The association has five branches and a licensed child care department to account for over 600 staff members throughout the county. The employment policies are reviewed on a regular basis and may be changed upon approval of the Y’s Human Resources Committee and ultimately the Y’s Board of Directors. The YMCA of Greater Williamson County’s employment policies do not preempt or replace applicable employment laws. Individuals wishing to volunteer for the Y complete an application and must pass a criminal history background check at least once a year.
