Summer Slam

Don't miss our first-ever Summer Slam - Girls Softball Fast-Pitch Tournament at the Taylor Sportsplex (210 Carlos Parker Blvd. in Taylor) from Saturday, June 29 - Sunday, June 30. Open to girls 10yrs & under, 12yrs & under and 14yrs & under, this tournament includes four guaranteed games per team and has a 10-team maximum per age group. Preschool Tumbling

Our six-week Preschool Tumbling program, which is open to preschool boys as well as girls and is being offered at both the CHASCO Family YMCA in Round Rock and the Taylor Family YMCA this summer, is dedicated to working on a variety of age-appropriate tumbling skills that are great for developing basic motor skills and enhancing body motion and overall coordination. Pool Parties

Y Afterschool 2013-2014

That is right ... it's time to register for Y Afterschool during the 2013-2014 school year as open registration is in full swing!

Designed to ensure safety for children (Kinder – 5th Grade) while promoting healthy physical and emotion growth, helping working families and inspiring children to learn, the Y Afterschool Program strives to assist each child reach their full potential by offering a positive and enriching environment that encourages the development of character, leadership and cooperative spirit. Y Afterschool, which runs on weekdays from the time that school ends until 6:30 p.m., is also offered at convenient sites in Hutto, Leander, Liberty Hill, Round Rock, Taylor and Thrall ISDs.

Mother's Day Out

Now is the time to register for the Y’s Mother’s Day Out program during the 2013-2014 school year at the Ys in Cedar Park, Round Rock and Taylor! Offered twice each week, Mother’s Day Out provides the building blocks of learning for young children. Our curriculum includes art, story time, science and special activities. While Member Registration begins on Saturday, April 27, Open Registration kicks off on Saturday, May 4. Birthday Parties

Need a place to celebrate your child’s big day? How about the Taylor Family YMCA! Our Birthday Parties include: 1.5 hours of private play time in our state-of-the-art Indoor Playscape for 12 children, invitations to the party, a Birthday T-Shirt, two large one-topping pizzas, a juice box for each child, 12 helium-filled balloons and an on-site party counselor. All parents need to provide are additional snacks and drinks, cake, candles and additional party decorations (optional). It’s the ultimate birthday celebration solution! Every dollar raised through this annual campaign goes to help those in financial need participate in Y programs.
